GM104
Overview
GM104 is an oncolytic adenovirus that promotes degradation of tumor extracellular matrix and inflames immunologically cold tumors into hot tumors.
Indications: ‘Cold’ (poorly immunogenic or nonimmunogenic) tumors
Development stage: preclinical
Description 1. GM104 induces increases tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) count and their activation to induce potent antitumor immune response 2. GM104 induces degradation of tumor extracellular matrix to maximize the intratumoral dispersion of the virus, chemotherapeutics, and immune cells 3. GM104 converts immunologically ‘cold tumor' into ‘hot tumor‘, which leads to enhanced antitumor immune response by GM104 as well as other cancer immunotherapeutics
