Description 1. Effective degradation of extracellular matrix GM101 maximizes intratumoral virus dispersion, immune cell infiltration, and distribution of cancer treatment modalities 2. GM101 exerts potent pro-apoptotic effect in tumor tissues and effectively inhibits tumor cell proliferation 3. During phase I clinical trial, GM101 induced regression of both the primary tumor (virus-administered lesions) as well as distant metastases
